Are you looking for the best Fresno Farmers Market? I’ve got you covered.

Fresno is the agricultural capital of California. Over 1/3 of US-grown fruits and nuts are farmed here.

I live in Fresno, and as a frequent Famers Market shopper, I can confirm that our year-round access to fresh produce is one of the best parts of living here.

A hallmark of a Fresno farmers market is the local vendors and affordable pricing. The vendors often provide samples, so you can try a little something before you buy.

Every market usually has seasonal fruits and vegetables, but there are also tons of unique items to be found such as fresh eggs, honey, flowers, handmade crafts, jams and jellies, breads and pastries.

In the spring and summer months, you can find colorful berries, asparagus, garlic scapes, squash blossoms, and more. As the weather gets cooler, look for root vegetables such as carrots and parsnips, pumpkins, apples, pears, and other winter produce staples.

Some markets even have music performances or food trucks on site for an added bonus.

Fresno has nine different markets throughout the week at varying locations. You’ll find markets at shopping centers, neighborhood subdivisions, and community hubs.

Read on and I’ll introduce you to the best Fresno Farmers Markets.
